  I WOULD NEVER USE THEM. TOTAL RIP OFF We purchased a warranty through Darvin Furniture when we purchased our new leather couch set. After a number of years we called in to use the service. Instead of servicing our product we received the following. "I did process this claim through the system and it is letting me know that Ultra Shield is going to be moving on with a pro rated refund of the warranty. You will be receiving a check in the mail in the next 60-90 days for the amount of $165.08. Under the policy it is Ultra Shields sole option to do a repair, replacement or a pro rated refund. Also if the store you have purchased from no longer carries Ultra Shield as a supplier then Ultra Shield will move on with a pro rated refund of the warranty. " I WOULD NEVER USE THEM. TOTAL RIP OFF
